About This

• Purging Kit: Includes 7 pairs of purging plugs covering sizes from 0.9" to 4.0" (3.5"-4.0", 3.0"-3.5", 2.5"-3.0", 2.0"-2.5", 1.5"-2.0", 1.2"-1.5", 0.9"-1.2"). Yellow and purple pieces form standard pairs. Comes with a 5-meter heavy-duty welding hose and a durable storage case for easy carry.
• Premium High-Temp Silicone: Constructed from premium, flexible silicone capable of withstanding temperatures up to 600°F. These durable pipeline plugs maintain their shape and flexibility under intense heat without cracking or hardening, making them fully reusable for long-term welding projects.
• Enhanced Weld Protection: The inside of the plugs has a Stainless steel diffuser screen to evenly distribute inert gas, eliminate turbulence, and maximize oxygen displacement. Removing oxygen from the pipe interior prior to TIG welding effectively prevents backside oxidation, ensuring clean, high-quality welds and maintaining the corrosion resistance of the stainless steel pipes.
• Easy Installation & Transfer: The quick-fit installation adapters can be easily pushed out and transferred to other plugs, simplifying the setup and removal process during multi-size pipe welding jobs.
• Reliable Support: We stand behind our welding tools. If you have any questions or require technical assistance with this silicone purge plug kit, please contact us and our team will respond within 24 hours.
