1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (order must be placed before 12 PM EST)

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery location. Free standard shipping is available on orders over $75.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment on our website or the carrier's website.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact our support team within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
