At ProFix Home Repair, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including opened consumables, custom-made products, and items marked as final sale.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

4. Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will replace it at no additional cost. Please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrectly shipped.
